Day 01: Arrive Delhi
Arrive Delhi by flight. On arrival, you will be welcomed by our representative and transfer to hotel.
Day 02 : Delhi
Proceed on a city tour of this city of astonishing history. We visit Old Delhi and The important places in Old Delhi include the majestic Red Fort, a rickshaw ride through busy and historical Chandni Chowk is some experience; visit the Jama Masjid (the mosque). We continue with the tour and visit Raj Ghat (The place where Mahatma Gandhi was cremated) and Shanti Vana. We make our way towards New Delhi and drive past Rashtrapati Bhawan (Presidents Palace and one-time imperial residence of the British viceroys) visit The India Gate: a memorial raised in honor of the Indian soldiers, Qutab Minar, built by Qutub-ud-din Aibek of the Slave Dynasty and Humayuns Tomb, The Laxminarayan Temple, built by the Birlas (Leading industrial house in India) We return to hotel to relax and spend the night.
Day 03 : Delhi – Neemrana (approx 125 kms/2 hrs)
After breakfast drive for Neemrana and on arrival check-in at your hotel. Neemrana Fort Palace, the place is situated on a majestic plateau. Neemrana, a tiny village in Alwar, is situated about 122Km from Delhi. The village has its own historical importance and is located about 75Km from the main Alwar city.
Located on a plateu concealing a horseshoe pattern in Araval Hills is perfect gateway for the residing in cities Neemrana and Delhi. Neemrana fort palace is one of the oldest and finest amongst India's Heritage Hotels. Each room is decorated in individual style with period furniture, private open terraces and courtyards. Day 04 : Neemrana - Jaipur (145 kms/3 hrs)
Morning we drive for Jaipur, Arrive and check into hotel. P.M. visit City palace, City Palace: This forms one of the most famous tourist attractions and a major landmark. The beautiful palace was built by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh during his reign. Jantar Mantar Jantar Mantar: the largest stone observatory and has splendid collection of architectural instruments in the World. It has always been a special tourist attraction for its remarkable features. It has been one of the five astronomical observatories built by Maharaja Jai Singh (the founder of Jaipur) between 1727 and 1733. Initially it was named as Yantra Mantra, which means instruments and formulae, but due to mispronunciation of the term, it is changed to the recognized name i.e. Jantar Manatar and Hawa Mahal or Palace of Winds: this anatomical structure is popular tourist attraction. The magnificent Rajputana structural magic speaks for the glory of royal families. Hawa Mahal means Palace of winds was built by Maharaj Sawai Pratap Singh in 1799 for the royal ladies to watch royal processions without being seen. Overnight at your hotel.
Day 05 : Jaipur - Roopangarh (approx 150 kms/2.5 hrs)
Morning excursion to Amber Fort - The Fort set in charming and furrowed hills is a fascinating style of Hindu and Mughal architecture. Its construction was started by Raja Man Singh- I, in 1592 and completed by Sawai Jai Singh- I. The fort is made in red sand stone and white marble. The rugged forbidding exterior belies an inner paradise with an opulence commingle of art and architecture. Amber is the classic and romantic fort- palace with a magnificent aura, which gives a grandeur view of the city down below. The Royal experience of an Elephant ride to Amber Fort can’t be missed. Lateron drive for Roopengarh -- A journey to the abode of kings, en-route visiting countryside and on arrival check-in at Roopengarh Fort. Rooprangarh was the capital of Kishangarh for about 100 years and was never conqured despite being repeatedly ttacked by neihbouring states. The fifth ruler of Kishangarh Mahraja Roop Singh founded this fort in 1653.he was inspired by a mother sheep in protecting her lambs from wolves. The road to fort passes throughan interesting village providing the glimpses of daily rural life. The fort is now converted to an evocative hotel. While exploring the grand fort turned hotel, one is simply awed by the medieval splendor that surrounds the entire structure. The walls still reverberate with numerous old tales of Roopangarh Fort’s glorious past. Today, this grand heritage hotel is a delightful combination of tradition and modernity that add up to a stay to remember.
Day 06 : Roopangarh - Kumbhalgarh
Morning we drive for Kumbhalgarh and on arrival check-in at your hotel. Kumbhalgarh is known for its most preonoid historical fort wchich was built by Rana Kumbha in 15th century AD between 1445 and 1458 AD. This monumental fort is encompassed by a 36 km long wall with seven splendid gates and ramparts one within the other ideal for nature trail. Later we visit Ranakpur- The beautifully sculptured Jain temples lay in a tranquil valley of the Aravallis. The main ‘Chaumukha Temple’ is dedicated to the tirthankara Adinath and has 29 halls supported by 1444 pillars, all distinctly carved. Two Jain temples dedicated to Neminath and Parsvanath & a Sun Temple a little distance away are also noteworthy. Overnight at your hotel.
Day 07 : Kumbhalgarh – Luni (approx 30 kms /1/2 hrs)
Today morning visit Kumbhalgarh Fort. Lateron drive for Luni and on arrival check-in at your hotel. Reflecting the charming past or Royal Rajasthan this charming Village is about 35 km from Jodhpur is located on the bed or river Luni. The Obsoletes inhabiting the village are still pursuing their ancestral profession of fashioning metal, clay or wood into intricate forms. Day 08 : Luni - Khimsar (40 kms/1 hrs)
Morning Excursion to Fort Chanwa perched on the edge of The Great Thar Desert exhibits perfect blend of rural India. Youngest son of Maharaja Umaid Singh built this fort a hundred years ago with the usage of large blocks of sandstones to create arechitectural Encarta with its jharokha’s and cupolas. Lateron you will be driven to Khimsar and checkin at hotel.drive for Khimsar and on arrival check-in at hotel Royal Castle. Khimsar- Reminder of romance and royality. Afternoon take jeep safari to the black buck sanctuary. Overnight at your hotel Royal Castle.
Day 09 : Khimsar – Mandawa (approx 280 kms/6 hrs)
Today morning visit Khimsar Fort: this 16th century fort on the perch of thart desert gives a grandeur of layout of magnificence of this castle even as you approach it through sand dunes and narrow countryside roads enjoy the savour here. Shekhawati -The semidesert region of Shekhawati is a colourful fantasy having fascination of ancient manuscript of is own. 'The open air-art-gallery', as it is popularly called, is famous for its superabundance plethora of painted havelis, all applaudable pieces of the rich artistic tradition. 'Shekhawati', meaning "The Land Of Shekha's clan" derives its name from Rao Shekha (1433 AD-1488 AD) a scion of the Kachhwaha family of Jaipur. Spread over Jhunjhunu, Sikar and Churu districts in north-western Rajasthan, the Shekhawati region is full of beautifully painted havelis, in its nearly 20 towns and villages. Mandawa is one of them.
Day 10 : Mandawa – Delhi (approx 295 kms/6 hrs).
Mandawa: Founded in the mid 18th Century, Mandawa’s skyline today is dominated by an imposing mirage like fort now turned into a hotel. A painted archway decorated with Lord Krishna and his cowherds leads to the bazaar. Morning will be guided tour of Mandawa Besides the cenotaphs, wells, forts and temples the majority of frescoes are painted on the walls and gateways of havelis. The Shekhawati paintings mainly consist of red, green, yellow, brown, blue and mushroom colours. Afternoon drive back for Delhi and on arrival straight drop at the International airport in time to board the flight for home-town.
